CIMNET Announces FOLDERs MES Order in France
Robesonia, PA, August 14, 2001
(BUSINESS WIRE) — CIMNET®, Inc. (OTC BB: CIMK) today announced that
it has received a major Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software order
from a Fortune 100 company based in France worth approximately $750 thousand
US dollars for the first phase of the project.
The implementation will
include the installation of CIMNET's FOLDERs MES Software, statistical process
control (SPC) software and various interfaces including a direct link to the
client's current ERP system. "CIMNET has made a major attempt at extending
our business globally," stated John Richardson, CEO of CIMNET. "This order
in France will assist CIMNET in growing our international presence and securing
the infrastructure and relationships required to do business overseas. This
is our third major order overseas in the last year, so we believe we are on
the right track. In addition, we are quite pleased with the fact that our
product is being extended to bring the supply chain into manufacturing through
the interface to their current ERP system."
