CIMNET "Turns the Corner" — Announces Fiscal 2005 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results

CIMNET®, Inc. (OTC BB: CIMK), a leading developer of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Intelligence software, today announced financial results for fiscal 2005 fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2005.

For the fiscal 2005 fourth quarter, CIMNET posted a 99% increase in total revenues of $1,024,674 compared with $514,874 for the same period last year. Net income for the fiscal 2005 fourth quarter was $98,674, equal to $.01 per basic and diluted share compared with ($260,054) or ($.04) per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.

For the full fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, total revenue increased 46% to $3,501,918, compared with $2,390,956 for the same period last year. Net income for the full fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, was $98,675, equal to $.01 per basic and diluted share compared with a net loss of ($1,203,578), equal to ($0.19) per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.
