CIMNET Announces Q-1 2005 Financial Results

CIMNET®, Inc. (OTC BB: CIMK), a leading developer of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Manufacturing Intelligence software, today announced its results from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2005.

The company reported net sales of $682,433 for the three months ended March 31, 2005 versus net sales of $722,878 for the three months ended March 31, 2004. For the three months ended March 31, 2005, the company reported a net loss of ($133,011) or ($0.02) per share (basic and diluted) versus a net loss of ($330,382) or ($.06) per share (basic and diluted) for the three months ended March 31, 2004.

During Q1 2005 CIMNET invested 43% of total revenue in continued research and development culminating with the release of Factelligence® Industrial Portal™. Factelligence IP is a highly configurable and extensible Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) solution built on Microsoft's .NET technology. The release of Factelligence IP helped solidify a multi-million dollar contract with a Fortune 100 metals manufacturer in March 2005 with work commencing on the project in April of 2005. Factelligence IP has received positive reviews from customers and industry analysts and is the catalyst of our go forward strategy."
