Tracking Manager

The Tracking Manager module gives you dynamic visibility into the production environment to allow you to graphically locate and monitor a product's progress from start to finish.

The Tracking Manager provides real-time and historical information on material consumption, yield, lot genealogy and Work In Process (WIP). This visibility will help you to provide more consistent product quality, reduce inventory and decrease overall production times.

Material Consumption
Record material consumption at each operation using either manual operator entry, a direct interface to your production equipment or a backflush of consumption.

Lot Tracking
Track the unique lot numbers of all materials used at each operation from operator input or bar code scanners. Build a complete genealogy tree of the exact content of all products. This information will prove invaluable should product problems occur.

WIP Inventory
Know the exact shop floor location of all materials, sub assemblies and finished goods. This includes quantity, lot numbers, item grades and associated order information. Inventory locations could be a shop floor holding position, machine or storage tank.

Waste
Record material waste to aid effective yield management. Waste quantities and the reasons can be entered by shop floor people or received automatically from the equipment using the optional Factory Connector module.

• Instantly see where your products and materials are located in the factory
• Store Item ID, Quantity, Lot, Expiry, Item Grade and State as part of inventory
• Set the Received Date and Expiration Date on inventory items
• Update inventory quantities automatically as materials are consumed and products are made
• Manually receive, transfer and ship inventory
• Maintain a log of inventory transfers
• Integrate material movements with your warehouse and ERP system using the optional Supply Chain Connector module
