Supply Chain Connector

Effective supply chain management cannot occur without real-time integration of MES factory operations. The Supply Chain Connector module integrates all Wonderware Factelligence® configuration and historical data with common ERP, Document Management, Maintenance and Supply Chain Management systems.

Data Importing
Define the information you need to import into Wonderware Factelligence from your ERP or other systems. This includes work orders, materials, products, BOM, routes, operations, users, specifications and more.

Data Exporting
Define the information you need to export from Wonderware Factelligence into your ERP or other systems. This includes completed orders, material consumption, labor and any data that can be extracted using standard SQL queries.

Schedules
Define the schedule of triggers that will initiate the data transfer. This way you can be sure information is exchanged in a timely manner.

Data Transport
Exchange data via a flat file, database connection or XML transfer.

Data Formats
Define the format of how the data will be exchanged including XML, CSV file or a direct connection into another database.

Visibility
The Supply Chain Connector maintains an audit trail of all information exchanged and emails system administrators should problems occur.

• Manage multiple interfaces to a wide variety of systems
• Define schedules to import and export all information from other manufacturing systems if available
• Define transport mechanisms including flat file, XML or ODBC
• Define specific SQL queries to build export data for other systems
• Define triggers such as manual, set interval, hourly, daily shift end, operation end, or if the data file or table data exists
• Define an error file to capture bad records for review
• Review status log of data that has been exchanged, with pass or fail status
• Send emails upon completion of a schedule with pass or fail information attached
• Launch another application for data processing on pass or fail
