Machine Definition
Define any number of machines and then track their utilization compared to set targets.

Utilization Recording
Record machine runtime, downtime and idle time each shift and operation. Create unlimited downtime reasons to build a complete machine history.

Visibility
The present machine utilization status including downtime reasons are visible to operators, supervisors and managers from any computer in the system.

Reporting
Reports include:

• Machine downtime per shift, job, entity
• Machine utilization per shift
• OEE by shift, work order, item
• Utilization Event log

Definition

• Define unlimited downtime Reasons for each machine
• Combine reasons together in logical groups
• Define reasons for scheduled downtime and special production conditions
• Define machine utilization States such as Running, Down or Stopped
• Define how each reason is to be used in OEE Availability calculations
• Define if each reason is to be allocated to Variable or Fixed production time
• Set targets for OEE, Availability and Performance

Operation

• Track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for each piece of equipment or line
• Track real-time availability or utilization for each machine
• Track performance or efficiency for each machine
• Create a pick list for operator entered downtime reasons
• Read reasons directly from the control system
• Place the machine into a Utilization State based upon entered reason
• Export runtimes to your Maintenance Management System for informed maintenance planning
