Historian

The Wonderware Factelligence® can be utilized to connect to common historian applications for the presentation of data collected and stored by these applications. The Historian Data Source Connector is a licensed DSC by Wonderware for the various historians in the marketplace - including the Wonderware Historian (formerly known as Industrial SQL Server). A process historian is a tool utilized to store and retrieve mass amounts of process data, alarms, sequence of events and some operator actions. Historians are high-speed data collection engines that time stamp transactions for full process history.
