John Richardson is the founder and CEO of CIMNET. His responsibilities include overseeing sales and development and initiating and maintaining relationships with CIMNET's larger customers and strategic partners. Prior to founding CIMNET, Mr. Richardson held engineering and sales positions with Rockwell International and Sandvik.

Keith Frantz

Keith Frantz is the Vice President of Development. Prior to joining CIMNET in 1989, Mr. Frantz has held several technical and management positions with Laser Communications, Inc., Project Integration, Inc. and RCA. Mr. Frantz holds a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and MBA from Shippensburg University. He also holds three U.S. patents.

Tony Crouch

Tony Crouch is CIMNET's Chief Technology Officer and is the primary architect of the Factelligence® IP™ system. He has been with CIMNET for 5 years — since CIMNET's acquisition of Realtime Information Systems in early 2000. Tony has been actively involved in many MES implementations and installations and has 18 years of experience in software development in the MES, SCADA and HMI arenas, including management of the software development process. He holds an honors degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Information Systems and Economics majors from the University of South Africa.

William Nyman

Bill Nyman is the Vice President of Integration Services at CIMNET. For the past twelve years his responsibilities have included installing, servicing and assisting in the development of new products. Mr. Nyman has had significant training and experience in installing and administering various networks and databases. He began as an application engineer and has installed hundreds of CIMNET systems throughout the world. As the manager of the Engineering Services Department, he improved the level of customer service and support to new and existing clients. As CIMNET grew into a leader in the MES industry, Mr. Nyman worked with the development team to produce customized integration products and services for clients that require BI-direction data flow between their ERP and MES systems. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Computer Science.

Jason Dietrich
VP of Sales

Jason Dietrich is the Vice President of Sales for CIMNET. His responsibilities include the management of the sales team, key account management for CIMNET's core customer base and assisting with the CIMNET Marketing plan. Mr. Dietrich has spent the majority of his time at CIMNET focused on MES sales efforts in the discrete industry. Prior to joining CIMNET, Mr. Dietrich was an employee at Merck & Co. for the previous 4 years working in various business development and engineering positions. Mr. Dietrich holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a MBA from Lehigh University.
