Information from Factory to Axapta
During production hundreds of process variables are present in the plant. Many of these variables are highly dynamic and are only important to operators running their equipment. Other data must be collated into useful information by an MES for transmission to Axapta. This information includes:

- Labor (direct and indirect)
- Machine utilization

About Wonderware Factelligence
The Wonderware Factelligence MES reduces the significant cost of integration of ERP and control systems with its user configurable XML and OPC capabilities and by managing product definition, quality, processing and packaging in one system. The Factelligence Supply Chain Connector supports XML, direct database connections and file exchange to integrate any information from the Wonderware Factelligence MES. Plant level information such as production status, quality results and plant availability can be provided to the ERP, while schedules, BOMs and procedures can be electronically presented to plant operators and downloaded into process control systems.
